Not comfortable for short stays. Get a hotel instead. Positive: Modern apartment. Clean. Suitable for someone staying for a minimum of one month, but not recommended for less duration as its clearly not run by people with experience in hospitality. Negative: - Self Check-in was not smooth due to unclear check-in instructions. - The apartment didnt come with the basics: toilet paper, shower gel or shampoo. - There is a washing machine but there's no detergent! - There's a kitchen sink but there's no dishwashing liquid or sponge. - Only one power socket. You can charge your phone, but to charge your laptop too for example you have to disconnect the internet router or disconnect the microwave oven and put your laptop to charge in the kitchen. ... and of course nobody travels for a week with clothes detergent, dishwashing liquid or power extension?! - Nobody came to clean once during my 5-night stay, even though I was charged AED 150 for that. - Bathroom gets flooded every shower and no floor towel exists to dry the floor. As soon as I entered, I kindly requested a roll of toilet paper, shower gel and power extension, and the agent on whatsapp promised they will come next morning. 5 days later: nothing. If you're not planning to stay for a month or so, this apartment is not suitable. Save your money, and go to any hotel.

Positive: Apartment is great, new building, everything is new and clean. Looks a way better than on the photos. Has everything you may need, close to the mall. Don’t worry it has black out curtains already. Manager is very helpful and responsive
